Ok, so the police identified the driver the next day AFTER the hit and run he left. Why isn't he/she in custody? Why didn't he/she stay on the scene after hitting someone? Crazy. I'm so sad right now, no regard for life at all. I wonder how they would feel if one of their relatives were hit while walking and the driver kept going? Yes, the victim was outside the crosswalk but all they had to do was just slow down. Where is common courtesy, respect for others, humility/humanity?
