The nonprofit’s efforts empower clients to overcome obstacles and lead fulfilling lives through life skills training, emotional support, and an array of other services.

Additionally, the foundation is launching a three-year affordable housing program to provide options for individuals who face challenges with traditional rent payments.

“With the cost of services, inflation, housing, and groceries, anything we can do to help our most vulnerable individuals is a top priority,” said Wortham.

Rock Creek Foundation’s holistic approach emphasizes compassion and inclusion, ensuring that individuals with disabilities and mental health conditions are given the tools to thrive.
