PHOTOS: SUV crashes into bus stop in Montgomery County

MONTGOMERY COUNTY, Md. ( DC News Now ) — Montgomery County firefighters were on the scene of a two-vehicle crash that happened in Hillandale on Wednesday morning.

In a post on X around 7:48 a.m., Pete Piringer with Montgomery County Fire and Rescue Services said crews responded to a crash on New Hampshire Avenue and Chalmers Road.

Details about what led to the crash are limited; however, as shown in the picture below, one of the SUVs rammed into a bus stop.

Piringer said there were several injuries, but it is not clear how many people were hurt.
