The auction is slated to take place at the front door of the Greenbrier County Courthouse. The highest bidder will need to have the cash in hand, as requested by the terms of sale.

This is not the first time The Greenbrier has been up for auction in 2024, as the Greenbrier Hotel was once scheduled to go to auction on August 27, 2024, but was then avoided by a deal that was made by the Justice Companies .

59News has reached out to representatives of The Greenbrier and are awaiting further comments.
