    Montgomery County police investigating pedestrian crash

    MONTGOMERY COUNTY, Md. ( DC News Now ) — Police in Montgomery County are investigating a crash that left a pedestrian seriously hurt Thursday morning.

    Montgomery County Department of Police officers responded to the 3500 block of Cherry Valley at around 9:15 a.m.

    There, officers found a pedestrian who had been hit. They were taken to the hospital in “critical condition,” police said.

    The driver who hit the pedestrian remained at the scene of the crash.

    Police are still investigating what happened.
