    CSX train hits car in Bladensburg; 2 people hospitalized

    BLADENSBURG, Md. ( DC News Now ) — Officials said that a train hit a car in Bladensburg Friday morning.

    The Prince George’s County Fire and EMS Department said that around 6:05 a.m., a CSX train hit the car near 52nd/Kenilworth Avenue.

    Two people in the car were taken to the hospital. First responders said that they had minor injuries.

    Prince George’s County officials said that CSX was handling the crash investigation.
