    5 displaced after apartment fire in Southeast DC

    WASHINGTON ( DC News Now ) — DC Fire and EMS said 2 adults and 3 kids were displaced after an apartment fire in Southeast D.C. on Saturday night.

    Crews said they were dispatched to the 200 block of 35th St for a fire at an apartment building.

    When first responders arrived at the scene, they found fire coming from the first floor of a 2-story apartment.

    First responders said the fire was under control.

    Crews said no injuries were reported.
