    Man found shot in Southeast DC, police investigating

    WASHINGTON ( DC News Now ) — A man was shot in Southeast D.C. on Sunday afternoon, according to the Metropolitan Police Department (MPD).

    MPD said that at around 3:40 p.m., officers responded to the 2200 block of Savannah St. for a shooting.

    There, they found a man who had been shot. He was conscious and breathing.

    On X, MPD issued a lookout for the suspect vehicle, a white sedan.
