YMCA program provides meals for families during the summer
LA CROSSE, Wis. (WEAU) - Since June, the La Crosse YMCA has been working to give hundreds of thousands of meals to local families in need. This is done through the YMCA Summer Food Program. The program features 33 different locations across three counties where children can pick up meals. Those locations include libraries and parks.

Housing may become a “human right” in La Crosse, under a city proposal
The city of La Crosse is discussing the idea of declaring housing as a “human right,” as other cities have done. The concept was debated on Wednesday by La Crosse’s human rights commission. Girls golf: Stoughton returns starting firepower
The Stoughton girls golf team returns a sectional qualifier, along with an all-conference selection. Junior Meadow Sawicki returns after making an all-conference team for the Vikings last year.
