The streamer’s Untold franchise has enlisted Joe Pearlman to helm the Liver King film after he directed the Robbie Williams and Lewis Capaldi: How I’m Feeling Now documentaries.

Pearlman’s other credits include HBO Max’s Harry Potter 20th Anniversary: Return to Hogwarts and Bros documentary feature After the Screaming Stops .

Produced by Bitachon 365 and Candle True Stories, the Liver King film will examine the social backlash against the self-styled “primal living” social media guru after he admitted to steroid use.

In 2022, the TikTok star, whose real name is Brian Johnson, issued an apology for taking the body-building drug, something he had repeatedly denied in the past.
