    Oscars: 2024 Student Academy Awards Winners Revealed

    The Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences today revealed 15 winners of its 2024 Student Academy Awards competition, culled from nearly 2,700 entries spanning 738 colleges and universities around the world. See the list below.

    Gold, silver and bronze placements in the four award categories will be announced at the 51st awards ceremony, which is set for October 14 at the Odeon Luxe Leicester Square in London. The event is moving for the first time after being held at Academy’s Samuel Goldwyn Theater in Beverly Hills for the past half-century.

    Winners will have exclusive access to Academy members to support their career advancement, the Academy said. Past Student Academy Award winners include Spike Lee, Robert Zemeckis, Pete Docter, Patricia Riggen and Patricia Cardoso.
