Alongside winning three gold medals and one silver at the 2024 Olympics earlier this month, Simone Biles also found time to channel her inner Emily in Paris .

The gymnastics star has posted a cheeky video on her social media channels, in which she spoofs the hit Netflix show starring Lily Collins as an ingenue Chicago marketing executive getting to grips with Paris life.

The post, teasing the release of part two of Netflix docuseries Simone Biles Rising in October, showed the gymnast seemingly quaffing champagne and tucking into French crepes and pastries.

“And ever since I moved to Paris, my life has been chaotic and dramatic and complicated,” gasps Biles, sipping on an oversized glass of bubbly against the backdrop of the Eiffel Tower.

She is next seen trying on sunglasses in an Emily style shopping spree, declaring: “Without basic bitches like me, you wouldn’t be fashionable.”

The post then cuts to the gymnast on the verge of tucking into two plates of crepes, revealing: “I’m not somebody who can share a crepe.” Later she is seen biting into a croissant and declaring, “Oh My God”.

Biles was one of the biggest stars of the 2024 Paris Olympics as she made a triumphant comeback, following her dramatic withdrawal from the Tokyo games in 2021 to look after her mental health.

In Paris, she won three gold medals in the vault, all-around and team events, and a silver in the floor finals. It brought her overall Olympics tally to 11 medals, split between seven gold medals, two silver and two bronze.

The second part of Simone Biles Rising from director Katie Walsh’s, which debuts on Netflix on October 25, follows the gymnast as she makes the U.S. Olympic team and up until her arrival in Paris.

Episodes 3 and 4 will go behind the scenes as Biles competes at the games and goes on to make history to become the second-most decorated female Olympic gymnast, and the most decorated U.S. gymnast, of all time.
