His only prior is Off duty DUI? That is pretty big. I agree with these two ladies, I myself have trauma about police, yet I know their are some very good ones. I have honestly wondered how some even got the job? The chief is pretty big and he said that narratives are unfair. I would like to know which narrative or narratives are he referring to? These ladies are considered white and to see them begging for help which so many black people been doing goes to show it's getting to be a bigger problem. I have seen black people screaming and begging for help for decades on police conduct. Now we see more people from other groups and it's just more proof that police conduct needs to be checked and how they are being trained and disciplined needs to be transparent. Most people don't even know how to interact with them or feel so much anxiety from thoughts of what they have been known to do.
