‘Owning Manhattan’ Star Jordan March Wants His Celebrity Clients To Be Showcased On A Potential Season 2: “Hopefully We Can Tell Their Stories”

Like the rest of us, real estate agent Jordan March is itching for a second season of Owning Manhattan . While chatting with DECIDER, March revealed that he would love to show viewers his work with his celebrity clients if he can get them on board with sharing their stories.

Owning Manhattan became an overnight success when it debuted on Netflix in June. The series follows Ryan Serhant ‘s staff of agents as they navigate high-stakes real estate deals along with their own personal drama.

Despite the show’s rave reviews, Netflix has really been dragging its feet on announcing another season. But when the time comes (and we sure hope it does), March — who described himself as the “Downtown King” — knows exactly what he would like to film for the show.

“We got a couple deals around $13, $14 million down in Tribeca. We’re eyeing some really, really cool properties right now,” he said, noting that he’s also working with some “celebrity buyers and sellers” that he’d like to showcase on the series. “Hopefully, we can tell their stories as much as everyone else’s.”

While March didn’t name exactly which celebrities he’s currently working with, he did tell us that he sent the listing for the $250 million Central Park Tower penthouse — which the SERHANT agents were unable to sell in the first season — to A-listers like Beyoncé and Jay-Z .

“That has been just one of the coolest projects, to connect with billionaires all over the world,” March said. “You name it. We’ve been [sending] it to Jay-Z and Beyoncé and sending it to Mr. Wonderful [Kevin O’Leary] and sending it here and there.”

This is hardly the firm’s first go-around with celebrity clients. In the first season, we learned that rapper Bad Bunny was the mystery renter of the Jardim penthouse, for which he offered to pay a whopping $150,000 a month instead of purchasing the space for $20 million.

Plus, agent Jess Taylor secured a $21 million deal with A-list clients, who put in an offer through their attorney without even seeing the place first. However, a strict NDA kept their identities from being revealed. All we know is that they definitely were not Prince Harry and Meghan Markle , according to Serhant.

Here’s hoping that Netflix green-lights a second season of Owning Manhattan — and that March’s clients will agree to appear on the show!
