‘Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles’ Exclusive Clip: ‘RHOC’ Star Heather Dubrow Is In The House!

Make way for Heather Dubrow . In an exclusive clip from this week’s episode of Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles , agent Josh Altman shows Heather a stunning property in Beverly Hills. However, it’s somewhat hard to tell whether or not Fancy Pants is impressed with the fixer-upper.

“The driveway is phenomenal. I mean, it needs a whole new zhuzh,” she tells Altman and his intern, who also happens to be her son Nick Dubrow.

Altman continues to show the Real Housewives of Orange County icon around the lush exterior, which she calls “gorgeous” with the exception of some “weird, creepy, penis-looking plant thing.” She even jokes about putting a statue of her husband Terry Dubrow in the center of the driveway.

But when Altman tries to show Heather the breathtaking tennis court, she has no interest in seeing it.

“It’s a tennis court. I get it. Tennis court. I see, it’s like pretty trees, tennis court,” she says, noting that her Louis Vuitton heels are keeping her from exploring further. “I look like Vuitton threw up on me. How do you not see the whole thing? It’s a look. It’s a vibe.”

Altman, for his part, thinks the mansion is “perfect” for Heather and her family.

“This is a big-time property. And you need to have a big-time appetite to appreciate what this can be,” he says in his confessional. “I mean, this can be them creating their dream estate.”

The real estate agent famously sold their Dubrow Chateau for a whopping $55 million, having appeared on Season 17 of The Real Housewives of Orange County to close the deal.

When DECIDER spoke to Altman ahead of this season of Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles, he gushed over working with the high-profile couple.

“We always have a good time filming with Heather and Terry because they’re pros. They’ve been in the game as long as we have,” Altman said. “When we film, we’re just ourselves. It’s great. I think people will enjoy it, especially the crossover. We just have so much fun hanging out with them and trying to keep up.”
