Drew Barrymore Tells Shailene Woodley She Was “Super Turned On” By Her ‘Three Women’ Role

Shailene Woodley ‘s latest project has left Drew Barrymore feeling “turned on.”

On this morning’s episode of The Drew Barrymore Show , the two actresses discussed Woodley’s “sexy” new show Three Women , which is based on the book of the same name that details the true stories of three American women and their sex lives.

Barrymore told Woodley that she’s “loving” the series, which is currently airing on STARZ.

“I love all the storylines so much and this is a very sexy, sexual — your character needs to go and write about women’s sexuality and then you find these three great women with very diverse, complex things that they’re dealing with but all connected by sexuality,” Barrymore explained.

Woodley agreed, telling the talk show host, “It’s juicy. We don’t hide it. It’s very open.”

Barrymore, who has openly talked about having no libido , concluded the conversation by admitting how “turned on” she was by Woodley’s character.

“She’s sexy. I was super turned on a lot,” she said. “My libido was like, ‘Ding, ding, ding, ding, ding! I’m under the floorboards! I’m here!’”

Woodley wasn’t the only Drew Barrymore Show guest to get the Wedding Singer star going. When Queen Latifah revealed that she could play the drums and admitted to singing her own songs in the shower in a February interview, Barrymore joked that she was “ turned on .”

“You drum and rap in the shower? Could we be any more turned on?” she asked, to which Queen Latifah replied, “And it’s wet in there and it’s hot.”

Barrymore then added, “And steamy and sexy. I’m getting all the vibes.”
