YMCA fundraiser is Saturday
The YMCA of Montclair will host an evening on the waterfront from 7 to 10 p.m. Saturday, July 20 at the Upper Greenwood Lake Clubhouse, 435 N. Lake Shore Drive, Hewitt. The benefit, with dinner, drinks and live music, will raise funds to provide financial assistance and programming opportunities for families at the YMCA Outdoor Education Center, home to Camp at the Lake.

WURTSBORO – The Founders Day Street Fair in Wurtsboro drew thousands of people who came to enjoy the vendors, live music, and fun-filled day in the community. County Offices Closed Friday, July 19 To Public Due To Crowdstrike Windows Outage
Monroe County is working to fix the CrowdStrike/Windows outage that has affected county services. Critical infrastructure systems, such as water, sewer, traffic control are not impacted, but many public facing operations lack connections to their servers and devices. 9-1-1 and emergency communications are operating with back-up systems. If you call 9-1-1 and the call is not answered immediately, do not hang up as the calls are answered in order.
OC students to get free admission to Storm King Art Center
Senator James Skoufis (D-42) recently announced that, thanks to a $50,000 grant, Storm King Art Center will allow all Orange County students up to 21 with valid ID free admission through 2024 and 2025. This includes admission to the grounds and access to public and family programming. Storm King Art Center is a 500-acre outdoor museum with large-scale sculptures set against the backdrop of Orange County’s landscape.
