Michael Elliot Weinstein, 81
It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Michael Elliot Weinstein, 81, on Saturday, June 29, 2024, at the Westchester Medical Center, Valhalla, New York. An alum of Richmond Hill High School in Queens, Long Island University Brooklyn, and Brooklyn Law School, Michael was a proud marine, crediting his time in the service for being the inspiration he needed to be prepared for life. He was a two-term district attorney of Pike County, and was a lifelong active Democrat. He was a volunteer EMT with the Milford Fire Department (and a trained medic) for decades. He practiced law for 51 years, and was a brilliant and successful trial lawyer. He was an avid fisherman and sailor, and a licensed captain.
