    Defiance common pleas

    Jennifer Long, 36, Bethel, pleaded guilty to aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony; and OVI, a first-degree misdemeanor. A pre-sentence investigation was ordered and her bond was continued. Sentencing was scheduled for May 22.

    Ashlee Kelty, 35, 801 Ralston Ave. pleaded guilty to tampering with records, a third-degree felony. A pre-sentence investigation was ordered and her bond was continued. Sentencing was scheduled for May 22.

    Andrew Layne, 44, 01834 Christy Road, pleaded no contest to strangulation, a second-degree felony; and aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony, and was found guilty of each. A pre-sentence investigation was ordered and his bond was continued. Sentencing was scheduled for May 28. Charges of felonious assault, a second-degree felony; abduction, a third-degree felony; and an additional count of strangulation, a third-degree felony; and violating a protection order, a third-degree felony, will be dismissed at sentencing.

    Ryan Sprow, 45, Lima, pleaded guilty to two counts of aggravated trafficking in drugs, each a fourth-degree felony. A pre-sentence investigation was ordered and his bond was continued. Sentencing was scheduled for May 23.

    Michael Vasko, 41, Archbold, pleaded guilty to two counts of importuning, each a fifth-degree felony. A pre-sentence investigation was ordered and his bond was continued. Sentencing was scheduled for May 1.

    Austin Castillo, 29, 420 Hopkins St., pleaded not guilty to possession of a fentanyl-related compound, a fifth-degree felony. A pretrial hearing was scheduled for April 25 and he was given a personal-recognizance bond.

    Kobe Cutlip, 19, Paulding, pleaded not guilty to burglary, a second-degree felony; and theft, a fifth-degree felony. A pretrial hearing was scheduled for April 17 and bond was set at $25,000 with a 10% allowance provision.

    Gage Gilbert, 21, Stryker, pleaded not guilty to aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony; improperly handling firearms in a motor vehicle, each a fifth-degree felony; and OVI, a first-degree misdemeanor. A pretrial hearing was scheduled for April 29 and he was given a personal-recognizance bond.

    Brittany Houck, 32, 1983 Jefferson Ave., pleaded not guilty to aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony. A pretrial hearing was scheduled for May 22 and she was given a personal-recognizance bond.

    Bradley Moser, 19, Bryan, pleaded not guilty to improperly handling firearms in a motor vehicle, a fifth-degree felony; and OVI, a first-degree misdemeanor. A pretrial hearing was scheduled for April 29 and he was given a personal-recognizance bond.

    Breck Rittenhouse, 37, 1038 Riverside Ave., pleaded not guilty to aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony; and OVI, a first-degree misdemeanor. A pretrial hearing was scheduled for April 18 and he was given a personal-recognizance bond.

    Jaylen Rollins, 20, Stryker (CCNO), pleaded not guilty to aggravated burglary, a first-degree felony. A pretrial hearing was scheduled for April 24 and bond was set at $25,000 with a 10% allowance provision.

    Mark Rothman, 43, Holgate, pleaded not guilty to two counts of menacing by stalking, each a fourth-degree felony. A pretrial hearing was scheduled for April 24 and bond was set at $50,000 with a 10% allowance provision.

    Dalton Talbott, 27, Paulding, pleaded not guilty to three counts of pandering obscenity involving a minor or impaired person, each a fourth-degree felony; and five counts of importuning, each a fifth-degree felony. A pretrial hearing was scheduled for April 16 and bond was set at $150,000 with a 10% allowance provision.

    Melissa Thomas, 32, Napoleon, pleaded not guilty to three counts of aggravated possession of drugs, each a fifth-degree felony. A pretrial hearing was scheduled for May 2 and she was given a personal-recognizance bond.
