Bonds on Fairgrove Twp. wind farm vary
FAIRGROVE TWP. — The cost of leaving, at least for wind farms, is fluctuating. At its July 15 session, the Fairgrove Township Board of Trustees approved a change in the bonds needed to decommission the Tuscola Wind II and Pegasus Wind farms operating within its borders.
