Boys golf: Varsity reserve, JV in action

The DeForest varsity reserve team took on Waunakee at Six Mile Creek on Tuesday afternoon. The Norskies were led by junior Max Kuluvar's 43 and Senior Nick LaFever's 47.

Max Acker and Ben Bodden posted 50s. Kye Her and first-year seniors Bryce Harmon and Max Mitchell carded 56 each, and Dominic Wood and Lucas Evans each shot a 57.

Easton Loveland and Chris Eberhardt shot 58s, Talon Wood had a 61, Jack Gryske finished with a 67, and Brody Kulow had a 79.

JV at Sauk Invite

DeForest’s junior varsity went to the Sauk Invite and shot 366 on Monday.

Nolan Hottmann led all Norskies with a 77, including a stretch of nine straight pars. Trent Stauffacher carded a 93, Thomas Harke had a 96, Sterling Bennett finished with a 100 and Elliot Colwin scored 121.
