Fort Wayne man arrested after two-county chase
GARRETT — A Fort Wayne man is in custody following a lengthy, two-county vehicle pursuit that began in DeKalb County and ended in Noble County. Indiana State Police have filed multiple preliminary felony and misdemeanor charges against Dusty E. Dawkins, 43, of Fort Wayne. Charges are three counts of resisting law enforcement with injury, each a Level 6 felony; resisting law enforcement (vehicular), a Level 6 felony; obstructing justice, a Level 6 felony; operating a vehicle while intoxicated, a Level 6 felony; possession of cocaine, a Level 6 felony; operating a vehicle with a controlled substance, a Class A misdemeanor; operating a vehicle while intoxicated (endangering), a Class A misdemeanor; and leaving the scene of a crash, a Class A misdemeanor.

AUBURN — A St. Joe man was injured in a single-vehicle crash that occurred at 11:22 a.m. Friday in the 3800 block of C.R. 46-A, the DeKalb County Sheriff's Office reported. Police said Shane N.
