More details are being released about a fatal plane crash in Delaware County on Sunday, after a federal investigator arrived at the crash site. The crash of a small single-engine plane near Sidney killed five people. The occupants were a family from Georgia, including two children, who were returning home after attending a weekend baseball tournament in Cooperstown, according to New York State Police.

According to the Delaware County District Attorney, 42-year-old Thomas W. Mould was indicted on the charges of Criminal Sexual Act in the 3rd degree, Forcible Touching, and Endangering the Welfare of a Child.

Edison Woman Killed by Fallen Tree at New York Campground
EDISON, NJ - A woman from Edison Township was killed by a downed tree at a campground in Delaware County, New York, according to the Colchester Police Department. Authorities say they have identified the victim as Carol E. Luistro. Police say they received numerous reports of trees down at campsites on Saturday due to a passing storm.
