The Amish Outlaws have been making themselves at home in Delaware lately.

And they aren't done yet, folks.

The Queen in Wilmington announced Tuesday that the band will perform there during the holiday season.

    Who are the Amish Outlaws?

The Amish Outlaws are a cover band made up of hip-hop fans raised Amish on farms.

The Amish Outlaws played nearly a dozen shows in the First State heading into summer.

Band members include Snoop Job (Snoop Dog), Big Daddy Abel (Big Daddy Kane), Eazy Ezekiel (Eazy-E), Amos Def (Mos Def), Hezekiah X (Malcolm X). The drummer is named "Jakob the Pipeplayer."

The band was founded in 2003 with four of six original members who grew up in strict Amish households in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, where there weren't any power lines connected to their homes. There also wasn't any alcohol or musical instruments.

While not everyone in the band's current lineup is Amish, all members perform in Amish attire. This means straw hats, suspenders and light blue button-up shirts.

When are The Amish Outlaws coming to The Queen?

The band will rock The Queen, 500 N. Market St., Wilmington, on Saturday, Dec. 28.

The all-ages show will be held at The Main Hall, with doors at 7 p.m. and show at 8. Tickets go on sale Thursday, Aug. 22, at 10 a.m. at thequeenwilmington.com

Where else are The Amish Outlaws performing?

This First State favorite has gigs Sunday, Sept. 1, at Lighthouse Cove Event Center, Dewey Beach; Saturday, Sept. 28 at the Paradise Grill (closing weekend), Millsboro; Friday, Oct. 25 at The Starboard, Dewey Beach. Visit amishoutlaws.com .
