Back to school, new lottery game, dog adoptions

Happy Monday! Today is the first day of school for a half dozen districts across The First State. Several others will begin throughout the week, and the remaining ones head back Sept. 4. How to play Delaware Lottery's newest draw game

Delaware has a new twice-daily lottery drawing. The state quietly rolled it out last week, Matthew Korfhage reports.

Play 5 is an extension of the lottery's Play 3 and Play 4 games, with its own set of rules, of course. The prize pool is $50,000.
