It's massing at our border and getting ready to invade our country.

McDonald's debuted a new hamburger in Canada on Monday and it could be crossing the border and hitting every menu in the 42,000 McDonald's restaurants across the country.

What burger is McDonald's testing in Canada?

McDonald's is testing the Big Arch in three markets, including Canada.

    What is the Big Arch?

According to a Reddit user in Canada , the burger is the love child of a double Quarter Pounder and a Big Mac.

The sandwich is two quarter-pound patties, three slices of white processed cheese, crispy onions, slivered onions, pickles, lettuce, and a tangy Big Arch sauce all on a sesame and poppyseed bun.

“We have heard our guests loud and clear and understand they are looking for a bigger, burger on our menu, and we are excited to bring this new global menu item to Canadians,” Alyssa Buetikofer, Chief Marketing Officer at McDonald’s Canada said in a release . “This satisfying burger combines the familiar McDonald's flavors our fans know and love with some unique new ingredients, including a tangy new burger sauce created for the Big Arch specifically.”

How many calories are in a Big Arch?

Seriously? If you're going to McDonald's to eat, you're not counting calories or it's your cheat day.

If it is your cheat day, this is an enormous cheat. According to the Daily Beast , the Big Arch has 1,030 calories.

    McDonald's has another sandwich coming

The Big Arch isn't the only "big thing" coming to McDonald's. The Chicken Big Mac will be dropping soon.

    What's a Chicken Big Mac?

It's the same as a regular Big Mac, but instead of beef patties, but, according to @Snackolator on Instagram, it's two tempura chicken patties." The Chicken Big Mac also lacks onions.
