Philadelphia region fails to land $75M federal life sciences tech hub grant
The Philadelphia region is not among the 12 regions selected by the federal government to receive a piece of $504 million in tech hub funding. A coalition of more than 100 organizations in the Philadelphia region submitted a proposal seeking $75 million to support and advance the local life sciences industry. The Greater Philadelphia Region Precision Medicine Tech Hub — led by Ben Franklin Technology Partners of Southeastern Pennsylvania — is made up of organizations and community partners from Pennsylvania, Delaware, and New Jersey.

This notice announces action taken by FHWA and other Federal agencies that are final. The actions relate to the Wilmington Riverfront Transportation Infrastructure Project (Project) proposed by the City of Wilmington, consisting of 0.5 mile of City grid network in City of Wilmington, New Castle County, Delaware. The actions grant licenses, permits, or approvals for the Project. The Revised Environmental Assessment (EA), Finding of No Significant Impact (FONSI) under the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA), and other documents in the Project file provide details on the Project and FHWA's actions.
