    How does Delaware solve its affordable housing crisis?

    The solution is simple. Stop wasting money on stuff we don't need. New Court houses is not needed. Build affordable housing.

    Can someone say GENTRIFICATION! They are building apartments but who can afford them. Look at all the "LUXURY" apartments that are being built downtown Wilmington Market Street, Rodney Square area. They are renting 1 Bedroom apartments for $1900. Who can afford them. The ONLY income based building is Market Street Village which has a huge waiting list. BPG owns it. They are building these properties no one can afford. They will push out all lower income people to rent to the affluent. Classic case of mass gentrification and Delaware is allowing it. They are just as greedy as the developers. Where are all the politicians. Stop voting for these people who are doing nothing to remedy the situation!
