Murfreesboro Woman Arrested for Theft and Forgery After Passing Stolen Check
On August 9th, at approximately 1:45 p.m., Murfreesboro Police Chief Randy Lamb responded to a report of a stolen check at Branch Oil. According to the affidavit, Chief Lamb was informed that a check, valued at $81.24, had been fraudulently passed at the store on August 6th. The check, which belonged to a man out of Murfreesboro, had been reported stolen.
