Any day spent at the beach is a good day, especially when shared with family and friends. If you’re lucky enough to be on holiday, you might enjoy several days in a row.
When vacationing seaside in a place like Greece, it can feel like you’re living in a dream, with the white sand and pure blue waters. So you might think that you’ve dozed off when you witness a bright orange truck making its way through the waves. Although it might be unexpected, what it contains only adds to the magic.
Check out the bar every beach needs in this video from June 30:
Can you imagine relaxing on the beach like Lauren (@ laurensdiningadventures ) and seeing an orange truck heading towards you in the ocean? At first, I might be concerned that I was experiencing heatstroke. However, there’s no need to fear. This amphibious vehicle is a truck, boat, and bar all in one! How cool is that? With this unique delivery system, you don’t even need to leave the beach to get your beverage. Here, you’ll be able to enjoy your cocktails in the most exciting way possible, especially since they’re offering them two for one!
The Aperol Spritz is a well-loved Italian cocktail celebrated for its vibrant orange color, refreshing bitter orange flavor, and modest alcohol content. It’s the ideal drink to sip at the beach or a sidewalk café. First introduced in the early 1900s by the Barbieri brothers, this popular apéritif is now embedded in Italian culture and customs, solidifying its status as a must-have at social events, particularly in the warmer seasons. If you plan on traveling to this part of Europe, it’s a must-try at least once.
How to Make an Aperol Spritz
The traditional method for making this drink is simple. Stir three parts Prosecco, two parts Aperol, and a splash of soda water over ice and garnish with an orange slice. But the most important aspect of this drink is to adopt a European mindset, sip it slowly, and enjoy a beautiful afternoon.
Overall, people were excited to see this novel idea. Viewer @mar_locaa responded, “That’s why I love Greece in the summer.” Considering I never saw this truck in Italy, I may have to try Greece next to find it. Viewer @mitchellstour remarked, “It’s not a boat or a truck. It’s a bar by any means necessary.” That it is!
Even though beaches in the States may not have a mobile bar, there are still plenty of ways to have fun. Just remember to drink responsibly and respect the people and places around you.
