Elk County Free Fair Continues This Weekend
The Elk County Free Fair continues today through the weekend in Longton, KS. This afternoon, turtle and kid races will take place at 2 p.m. The pedal tractor pull will be tonight at 5 p.m., and there will be a free barbecue tonight at 6 p.m. The 4-H beef show also takes place tonight at 6 p.m., followed by VIP showmanship. ARKANSAS CITY, Kansas — Super-fast fiber internet service will soon be available to hundreds of Arkansas City families and businesses, thanks to IdeaTek. The Buhler-based internet company will begin construction in August.
