When my daughter was a toddler, I had a friend who had a baby girl the same age. We would babysit each other's daughters because they played so nicely together. One day she appeared at my door alone. Her daughter had died of blunt force trauma after being left with her new BF. Never EVER trust a relationship, especially a new one, with your children.
