    It's time to take a look at the standout performers from Section V .

    Your vote will determine who will be the Faber Builders Boys Sports Athlete of the Week for September 2-8. The players' credentials are listed above the poll — which will be live until 8 p.m. Tuesday. The winner will be announced on our Instagram page Wednesday morning.

    All athletes who play on Section V boys teams are eligible to be nominated.

    Kaiden Carr

    Newark's junior racked up four goals in a victory over Finger Lakes rival Midlakes on Thursday.

    Arnanh Douangdala

    Greece Olympia's junior had three goals and an assist in the Spartans' season-opening shutout win over Waterloo in Section V boys soccer.

    Jacob Kreiley

    Dansville won the Perry Kick-Off Tournament in large part due to Kreiley, who totaled four goals and three assists in the Mustangs' wins over Greece Odyssey and host Perry.

    Noah Meabon

    Fairport's boys volleyball star put down 20 kills in Friday's five set win over Spencerport. Meabon then made the all-tournament team this weekend in helping the Red Raiders win Clarence's tournament for a second straight year.
