Week 4 features multiple Section V football games between state-ranked teams .
Hilton (3-0), ranked No. 25 in the state in Class AA, hosts No. 17 McQuaid (3-0), which has won five straight Section V titles. No. 17 East (2-1) travels to No. 7 Monroe (3-0) in a Class A matchup. East and Monroe each advanced to the state tournament semifinals last year.
Hilton, McQuaid, East and Monroe are all in the top 10 of the Democrat and Chronicle's large school poll .

McQuaid (4-0) is still undefeated after a game-winning touchdown with 18 seconds remaining. McQuaid travels to Aquinas at 6 p.m. Friday. Hilton is 3-1.
Zach Couch scored on a 1-yard run to give McQuaid a 28-24 lead with 18 seconds left.
Bronx Buchholz completed 11 of 14 passes for 159 yards and a touchdown and rushed for 119 yards and two touchdowns on 14 carries for Batavia. Zailen Griffin had a rushing and receiving touchdown for the Blue Devils.
Teams are trading blows in a battle of unbeatens. Matt Kosiorek connected with Nolan Tydings for a 17-yard touchdown to give Hilton a 24-21 lead with 1:26 left. It's the game's third touchdown in the fourth quarter.
McQuaid scored a touchdown to take a 21-17 lead with 6:11 remaining in the fourth quarter.
John DiBattisto went up the middle for a 12-yard touchdown to give Hilton a 17-14 lead in the fourth quarter.
Xavier Cox's touchdown catch gave McQuaid its first lead.
Quarterback Gavin White rolled out for a touchdown to give UPrep a 36-20 lead.
Nate Harris scored on a 2-yard run for Victor, which is down 10-7 to Webster Thomas.
Brendan Mangone threw a 33-yard touchdown to Jackson Koppers with 11:04 left for Rush-Henrietta, which trails UPrep 30-20.
Charlie Meyer's 5-yard touchdown reception on the last play of the first half brought McQuaid to within 10-7 against Hilton.
UPrep went back up by two scores. Kamari Miller ran for a 51-yard touchdown and the 2-point conversion gave UPrep a 30-14 lead against Rush-Henrietta.
Brendan Mangone's touchdown pass to Imani Wagstaff Jr. on fourth-and-goal trimmed Rush-Henrietta's deficit to 22-14 against University Prep.
Hilton's Matt Kosiorek threw a 17-yard touchdown pass to Tyler Reger in the back corner of the end zone to give Hilton a 10-0 against McQuaid. Reger has a field goal and touchdown catch and also an interception on defense.
Asher Colletti ripped off a long run to put Canandaigua up 35-0.
Tyler Reger picked off a deflected pass and returned it to the McQuaid 23-yard line for Hilton. Reger also has a field goal for the only points of the game.

Gavin White scrambled for a 18-yard touchdown with 12 seconds left and UPrep added a 2-point conversion to take a 22-7 lead over Rush-Henrietta at halftime.
Brayden Scaccia rushed for a 7-yard touchdown and Brockport leads Wilson 23-0 with 5:41 left in the second quarter.
Trey Comella scored on a 26-yard run and Jack Clark punched in a 1-yard touchdown run for Canandaigua, which is ahead 14-0.
Tyler Judd went 39-yards on a catch and run to give Brockport a 14-0 lead against Wilson.
Sophomore Brendan Mangone finished off a 10-play drive with a 3-yard touchdown run. Rush-Henrietta leads UPrep, 7-6.
Landon Scott tossed a 31-yard touchdown pass and Brockport leads 7- with 7:27 left in the first quarter.
Quarterback Gavin White kept it himself for a 5-yard touchdown to give UPrep a 6-0 lead.
