ALDI Is Selling 'Deal of the Century' Giant Plants for Only $13.99

Indoor plant lovers rejoice! If you're wanting to beef up your indoor greenery game with some larger plants, but don't want to drop a ton of money buying the expensive stuff, then make sure you plan an ALDI run this week!

With summer slowly coming to a close, ALDI's giving customers a way to keep the summer vibes going indoors all year long with their newest weekly drop. This week, ALDI is offering the "deal of the century" with a lineup of giant house plants selling for just $13.99 apiece!

ALDI shopper Sarah, aka @aldiallthetime , was blown away by how good this deal is. Among her local ALDI's on-sale foliage were fiddle leaf figs , the very same plants that Sarah claimed Costco was selling for $49.99. She acknowledged that Costco's fiddle leaf figs were a little bigger, but ALDI's were still impressively large, and selling for less than a third of the cost!

ALDI's Fantastic Foliage Finds

ALDI's new 10" Foliage Assorted Varieties include more than just fiddle leaf figs. Though their website doesn't specifically list the plants by name, the photos in the listing (and Sarah's video) also appear to show Swiss cheese monsteras , Ti plants, elephant ears, snake and dragon plants, birds of paradise, and peace lilies.

ALDI's online listing does warn that their 10" plants won't be available in all locations. Plus, being that these house plants are a limited-time drop with this week's ALDI finds, their stocks are likely to deplete fast as people snatch them up. You're definitely going to want to check for these babies sooner rather than later, so don't put off that ALDI run!

Cute, Compact Greenery on Sale

While ALDI's 10" plants are perfect for those wanting to add some giant greenery to their homes, a few of Sarah's commenters lamented that they didn't have the space for plants that size!

No problem. If you've only got enough space for a small house plant, ALDI is also selling compact Pink Polka Dot Plants for just $4.99 each (like the 10" plants, these are not available in all locations). The polka dot plants come with a decorative cherry accessory and have pink pots that resemble cupcake liners - too cute! And while some of ALDI's larger foliage varieties, like peace lilies and monsteras, are toxic to cats and dogs, polka dot plants are pet-friendly, non-toxic house plants . It's a total win-win!
