New venture in Topeka aims to help young people gain confidence in social skills
TOPEKA, Kan. (WIBW) - A new venture in Topeka aims to help young people learn how to be good company. Capitol Cotillion will be held at The Beacon September through April, offering monthly lessons for middle school boys and girls in manners, interpersonal skills, ballroom dance and more. Founder Valerie Thornburg and choreographer Bri Brazil joined Eye on Northeast Kansas to talk about the program.

HUTCHINSON, Kan. — Hutchinson Regional Medical Foundation (HRMF) announces its launch of a housing program that encourages providers to live in the community they serve.
