Struggling with First Full Time Job

Started my first ever full time job in February at a childcare centre, while studying an accelerated full time uni course. Was doing 8:30am-5pm 5 days, then changed workplaces a month ago and now do 7:30-5:30 4 days. So stressed, have no time anymore for my family or for myself. Trying to work out how to financially drop to part time. Our bodies are just not built for this crap, it's awful. Any tips or just support is appreciated, feeling very deflated.
