This is an email I received from work. Apparently this is super common for them to have employees fill out time sheets weeks in advance. Seems questionable to me, but the response I've been getting is 'that's the way we've always done it'. 

I don't like it, especially because if I work overtime, I won't see it on my paycheck until October at the earliest. Am I crazy or is this bullshit?
