Horror as 12-year-old girl found shot dead 'on purpose' inside Baltimore house as cops make arrest
A girl, 12, was found shot dead in a targeted attack inside a house in East Baltimore, police have said. Officers launched a search for the suspect after the horrifying murder before arresting a 28-year-old man.
