Denton animal control finds deceased dog allegedly left outside in heat

Denton police are investigating an animal cruelty report after an animal control officer found a deceased dog that was left on a balcony Thursday afternoon, according to a police report.

At about 5:14 p.m., an animal control officer was dispatched to an apartment complex in the 1600 block of East McKinney Street.
