UNT investigating photos of students taken secretly at rec center, posted on site objectifying women

The University of North Texas and its Police Department are investigating allegations that someone recently captured images of female students without their consent on campus and posted them on a lewd website. The website and photos have since been taken down.

A university spokesperson shared a statement that said campus police started an investigation after someone posted about the photos and website on Reddit, a social media platform. The subreddit isn’t maintained or moderated by the university.
