‘Justice for Gunner’ supporters removed from Denton council meeting as outrage over senior dog’s death continues

The full moon was low over Denton on Tuesday night when Mayor Gerard Hudspeth began asking police to remove supporters of the euthanized dog Gunner from a City Council meeting.

About 50 supporters had packed council chambers, holding signs that read “Gunner” and “Justice for Gunner.”
