    March is Women’s History Month. Here are 20 women who influenced Denton’s history:

    Bianca Babb Bell was 10 years old when Comanches captured her near present-day Decatur in 1866. She returned to Denton to marry and raise a family. Her account of the tender care she received from her captors is the only narrative of the daily life of female Plains Indians.
