    UNT student thought DACA was the answer. Now, he looks to ‘Parole in Place’

    Oscar Silva spends a lot of time inside the business school on his college campus.

    The 23-year-old is in his fifth year at the University of North Texas, where he has degrees in accounting and economics and is working on a master’s in accounting. He loves learning and loves school, so college life is a natural fit.
