The Denver City Council finally got an answer to members’ queries about how much, exactly, the mayor’s All in Mile High program to end homelessness has cost so far. According to council member Amanda Sawyer, who chairs the Finance and Governance Committee, the city will have spent $155 million during an 18-month span from July 15, 2023, to Dec. 21, 2024.
