Wynkoop Brewing’s Hot Wing Games spice up LoDo

DENVER (KDVR) — Fans of spicy food, this is your chance to see just how much you can handle at Wynkoop Brewing’s Hot Wing Games.

The Monday event is in honor of National Chicken Wing Day. The event goes from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. at Wynkoop Brewing Company in downtown Denver.

Wynkoop chef Sam Perez brought the challenge for “Daybreak on 2” anchors to try. It involves five wings with sauces that get hotter and hotter.

The winners will be those who can eat all five wings and then go the longest without drinking milk or water or leave to go to the restroom. Prizes are available for first, second and third place.
