    1 killed in Northglenn motorcycle crash

    DENVER ( KDVR ) — One person was killed in a motorcycle crash in Northglenn Wednesday morning, shutting down 120th Avenue.

    At around 2:43 a.m., the Northglenn Police Department said eastbound 120th Avenue was closed at Interstate 25 while police investigated a deadly motorcycle crash. Few details were released about the crash, and it is unclear how many vehicles were involved and if anyone else was injured.

    Northglenn police said the closure was expected to last through the morning commute as they continued to investigate.

    Drivers were asked to find alternate routes or be prepared for delays. The roadway has since reopened.
