Denville Community Club Announces 2024 Royal Weekend

DENVILLE, NJ - The Indian Lake Community Club in Denville has selected its royal couple for the 2024 calendar year.

The tradition of choosing a king and queen dates back to 1927. Club members vote for a royal couple every summer, typically high school seniors. This year’s royal couple are seniors Hogan Hyatt and Bridget Rynkiewicz.

To celebrate, the Club will be hosting a schedule of events from July 26 to July 28 including:

Royal Coronation: July 26 at 7 p.m.

Royal Ball: July 27 at 7 p.m.

Royal Parade and Picnic: July 28 at 2 p.m. and 5 p.m.

Each event will be available for ILCC members and non-resident guests. For the Royal Ball, members must be entering their sophomore year of high school to attend. A parent chaperone must also be present.
