Health Reminders Before Denville Students Go Back to School

DENVILLE, NJ - Denville Public Schools released information from the Health Services Department in Friday’s newsletter.

For the families of students of Valleyview Middle School, Riverview Elementary School, and Lakeview Elementary School, all medications and order forms to administer them must be sent to the health office before the start of the school year. All forms must be signed by a parent/guardian and a doctor. Dates will be sent out later in the summer for drop-off.

For Valleyview families, sports physicals are due in the health office by Friday, August 9. Incoming sixth-grader vaccination records and Universal Health form physicals are due in the health office before the start of school.
