Athletes Unlimited is an organization that has professional women’s sports leagues in basketball, softball, volleyball and lacrosse. In its fourth season, it is now the longest-lasting pro women’s lacrosse league in history. The five-week league has a unique format — the competition is between individuals rather than teams, which get re-selected each week by different team captains.
